Free covers the Essentials pack — temperature, rain, wind, sunrise, alerts, the basics every weather app gets right. Premium unlocks four extra packs (Maritime, Astro, Air & Pollution, Weather Plus) which adds 40+ niche badges like swell period, moon illumination, AQI breakdown, mosquito risk, and outfit of the day.

No. Peeky works straight out of the box with no sign-up. If you subscribe to Premium, the entitlement is tied to your Apple ID through StoreKit — no separate Peeky account required.

Apple WeatherKit for the core forecast (temperature, conditions, wind, UV, moon phase, sunrise / sunset). Open-Meteo Marine for swell, tides, water temperature, and ocean currents. Open-Meteo Forecast for snow depth and sunshine duration. Google Pollen for AQI, PM10, PM2.5, NO₂ and pollen.

Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple — you can cancel at any time from your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Peeky requests your location only to fetch weather for it, and only when the app is open. We don't store your coordinates on any server, we don't share them with third parties beyond the weather providers needed to return your forecast, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers.

iPhone running iOS 16 or later. iPad and Mac aren't officially supported yet — they may run via Apple's compatibility layer but we don't optimize for those screens. Apple Watch and widgets are on the roadmap.
